WHY AN ADJUSTABLE HARNESS?

A harness is essential, as it allows your dog to explore the world without being stressed – it provides entertainment and helps to keep her mind sharp. A harness ensures your dog’s safety on every walk. But why don’t we recommend using a collar? We wrote more about it here. Unlike a collar, the Y-shaped ergonomic harness does not apply pressure to the dog’s neck as she pulls. Instead, the force is evenly distributed across her chest, ensuring that the neck area is protected and the risk of injury is minimum.

The Kullakuu harnesses are ergonomic and made according to your dog’s measurements and weight. We consider your dog’s maximum pulling force and select the attachments accordingly, ensuring that, if used properly, our harness will also serve you in the most difficult situations. We use 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, or 38 mm wide BioThane to make the harness, depending on the size of your dog. All the harnesses we make are adjustable, ensuring a 100% fit even if your dog gains a little weight or slims down – for example if he sheds his coat.

MATERIAL

If you like leather products, but worry about their durability and maintenance, we have the perfect solution for you. Kullakuu harnesses (and leashes) are made of BioThane®, which is used in everything that needs to be strong and durable. This material is water-repellent, does not absorb scents, and is easier to clean that you can imagine. Have adventures with your dog in mud, sand, and woods, and never worry about washing your harness when you get home. Just wipe the harness with a damp cloth and you are ready for your next adventures. The appearance of BioThane closely resembles real leather, while its properties exceed all expectations.
