Make your furry friend's mealtime even more enjoyable. Eating from the AKIRA feeding station puts less strain on your dog's neck and joints. The feeding station also helps keep your home tidy, as the bowls stay in place and the dog cannot move them from one spot to another. Additionally, you can use the quietly closing door storage to put away food supplies, treats, or anything else that needs a hiding place in your home.
The AKIRA serving board is handcrafted from Estonian oak and comes with two 470ml bowls that can be washed in the dishwasher. The board has been treated with Osmo oil, making it waterproof.
The feeding bowl should be at the dog's chest height during mealtime. In this position, the dog does not have to move its neck up and down and avoids excess strain on the neck and joints. The bowl can be slightly lower, but definitely not noticeably higher. To achieve the best results, we recommend measuring your dog.
The AKIRA feeding bowl is the best choice for medium-sized dogs. For large (over 30kg) and very large dogs, we recommend discussing with a veterinarian before purchasing to ensure the product's suitability.
